Yoga Nidrā in person, in Bath.

These regular sessions will give you the opportunity to deeply R E S T. Nothing to do except turn up, get comfortable in a lying down position using comfy props, and be guided into a dream-like state using the ancient practice of Yoga Nidrā, or Sleep Yoga.

Sessions will be held at Well Bath, a tranquil space on the outskirts of the city.
