Hello.

I am passionate, tenacious and highly sensitive (A Good Thing). Aside from my professional training, my work is influenced and shaped by my personal experience of recovery; weaving together somatics, embodiment, restorative yoga, energy work, sharing circles, creativity, deep rest and decades of co-creating with people in their daily lives.

My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-informed, gentle, nurturing, spacious and rooted in curiosity and care. I love conversations which go deep and I hold supportive space for transformations, revelations and realisations about your cyclical self.

My core values are health, freedom, ease, beauty and integrity.

I love clean lines and softness, adventure, learning, dark chocolate and bumble bees. Originally from Yorkshire, I now live in Bath, UK.

My in-person workshops and circles take place in Bath, Leeds and the surrounding areas, and my 1:1 sessions take place online.

What could a renewed sense of trust and love for your cyclical body bring you?

My training.

Coaching.

Co-active (CTI) coaching holds the assertion that people are, by their very nature, naturally creative, resourceful and whole; completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face. I lovingly encourage my clients to elicit the skills, creativity and wisdom they already possess, rather than instruct or advise them.

Menstruality.

I studied Menstruality Leadership with leading founders of Red School and authors of Wild Power, Alexandra Pope & Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer.

I am a certified Menstruality Medicine Circle™ (MMC) facilitator. You can read more about this fascinating and powerful process here.

Yoga Nidra.

YES to REST! More about this here.

Occupational Therapy.

At the very heart of occupational therapy is the philosophy that people should live, not exist. This thread runs through all my work and is the foundation of my values.

I now work in specialist palliative and end of life care, focusing on what matters most to a person at this precious time.

I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and a qualified Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
